What You’ll Do?

  • Build strong relationships with customers in the field.
  • Execute sales strategies that directly impact business performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
  • Gain hands-on experience in field sales and commercial execution—where real leadership begins.

 

What We’re Looking For?

  • Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills.
  • Passion for sales, marketing and leadership.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Program Details:

6 Months Field Experience across Turkey—learn the business where it truly happens.

After completing your field rotation, you will have the opportunity to transfer to our Istanbul Headquarters and continue your development in Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, or Finance.

What is the Stargate Talent Program?

You don’t need to wait to build the career you dream of. The Stargate Talent Program is not just a starting point in your career; it is a journey for those who choose to design their own future.

This journey begins in the field—in the real market, understanding customers and feeling the pulse of the brand. The experience you gain in the field allows you to see not only the world of sales but also the core of the business.

That’s exactly why Stargate creates transformation. Your field perspective empowers you to make stronger decisions later on in central teams such as marketing, finance, supply chain, or category management. In other words, this is not merely an “onboarding program”; it is the first true step on your leadership path.

And you won’t be alone in this process. You will move forward with constructive feedback that helps you grow, a supportive learning community, and mentors who truly listen to you.

Which departments does the program include?

Stargate is primarily a Field Sales MT Program. During the first 6 months, you gain hands-on sales experience across different regions in Turkey. After successfully completing the field rotation, MTs may transition to our Istanbul HQ and continue their development in: Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance.

How long is the program?

The total duration of the program is 2 years

First 6 months: Field sales experience across Turkey

Next 18 months: Continued development in Istanbul HQ for those who complete the field period successfully

In which cities will the field rotation take place?

The field period can take place anywhere in Turkey. It is location-independent, and placements are determined based on business needs.

What are the working conditions during the field sales period?

The field rotation is dynamic and fast-paced.

You will work 6 days a week in the field.

Daily responsibilities include customer visits, product tracking, and coordination with distributors.

This experience is designed to help you understand the business exactly where it happens.

Which company’s payroll will I be working under?

During the field rotation, MTs are employed under the payroll of Mondelez distributors with a fixed-term contract. Those who are successful progress into roles within the Istanbul headquarters structure.

How does the transition to the Istanbul HQ work?

Throughout the 6-month field period, performance, potential, and competencies are closely monitored.
MTs who successfully complete the field rotation are transferred to Istanbul HQ to continue their development journey.
